Refund and Returns Policy
For cancellations made 1 day or more prior to the scheduled tour date, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations made 12 hour prior to the scheduled tour will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Any further cancellations are non-refundable.
Cancellation and Refund Process:
4.1. To request a cancellation and refund, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Provide your booking details and reasons for cancellation.
4.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 business days.
No-Show Policy:
3.1. If you fail to show up for a tour without prior notification, no refunds will be provided.
We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate booking modifications whenever possible. However, changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs or fees.
2.2. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to modify your booking. Explore Lucknow reserves the right to assess the feasibility of any changes and may apply relevant fees accordingly.
5.1. Explore Lucknow cannot be held responsible for cancellations or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, our best effort will be made to reschedule the tour, or a partial refund may be provided, depending on the circumstances.
