By booking a tour with Explore Lucknow, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and payment: To book a tour, you must provide us with your name, contact information, and payment information. You may book a tour online, over the phone, or by email. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and refund policy:

For cancellations made 1 day or more prior to the scheduled tour date, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations made 12 hour prior to the scheduled tour will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Any further cancellations are non-refundable.
Tour changes: We reserve the right to make changes to our tours, including changes to the itinerary, tour guide, and transportation. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes in advance.
Liability: Explore Lucknow is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred by you during your tour. This includes any loss, damage, or expense incurred due to acts of God, force majeure events, or the negligence of third parties.
Intellectual property: All of the intellectual property rights in our tours, including the itineraries, tour guides, and marketing materials, belong to Explore Lucknow. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our intellectual property without our written consent.
Code of Conduct

We expect all of our customers to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during their tours. This includes:

Being on time for your tour and following the instructions of your tour guide.
Being respectful of other customers, tour guides, and local residents.
Not damaging any property or disturbing the environment.
Not engaging in any illegal or disruptive activities.
If you violate our code of conduct, we reserve the right to terminate your tour without refund.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration in Lucknow, India.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Effective Date

These terms and conditions are effective as of August 4, 2023.
